Waitlist privacy notice
Last updated 22 October 2026. This notice covers the TinyKids waitlist and this page. The members service has its own Privacy Policy, which you will see before you join.
Who we are

What we collect and why
The waitlist is for parents and guardians aged 18 or over. We never ask for a child's name, photo or any other detail that identifies a child.

| Your first name and email | To tell you when TinyKids opens, send your free-month code and a few launch emails. |
| Your child's age group (for example 2–3) | To recommend the right stories and plan new episodes. It is a range, not a birthday. |
| Your language and how you found us (for example "instagram") | To write to you in your language and see which channels work. |
| Your confirmation that you are 18+ and agree to receive emails | To show we have your consent. |
Legal basis (EU/UK): your consent. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us.
Who helps us
- Tally (Belgium) hosts the sign-up form and stores your answers.
- Resend (USA) sends our emails.
- Cloudflare (USA) hosts this page and counts visits with Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not follow you to other sites.
Data sent to the USA is protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data, never use it for advertising and never share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist details until you unsubscribe, or for 12 months after the launch email, whichever comes first. Then we delete them. If you become a member, the members Privacy Policy applies instead.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or stop all emails, by writing to hello@tinykids.io. We reply within 30 days. In the EU you can also complain to your data protection authority (for example the AEPD in Spain or the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands).
Cookies
This page sets no cookies. Your language choice is remembered only in your own browser's storage.
